Talent Direction is the guidance provided to a client throughout the process of attaining their personal goals related to their talent development
A Talent Director’s role is to understand the client’s personal goals, short term and long, assess the stage of their development and determine what is needed to further help the client reach the goals they have set for themselves.A Talent Director is not a manager: the connection to the client is on a consultation basis, initiated by the client when they feel it is needed. There is no tie to the client with a long term, percentage based income relationship defined by a contract.
